Insight-Out ropescourses

 

Insight-Out can look back on more than 15 years of experience with the construction of high ropes course elements.

• Every ropescourse is planned individually.
• An individual safety handbook is created for each ropescourse.
• Wire cables are hydraulically swaged wherever this is possible and useful, rather than merely joined by means of wire cable clamps.
• Our swagings are certified by the technical inspection organization TÜV and monitored regularly.
• Our ropescourses comply with the ERCA standards. Our work is already in line with the applicable German Industrial Standard (DIN) that is currently being developed.
• Load-bearing element ropes are made of Hercules cable and are therefore
  • nonslip even in the rain
  • thicker than steel cables
  • attractive to look at
  • more pleasant to the touch
• Non-load-bearing element ropes are made of weatherproof plastic cables with a hemp finish.
• Our element ropes are not knotted together; instead, they are smoothly and attractively spliced.
• We use only weatherproof types of wood for our constructions.
• All of our ropes courses are structurally engineered.
• We work in close cooperation with the technical inspection organization TÜV.
• We work with equipment that prevents any damage to trees, such as distance slats and tree cushions.
• We outfit our ropescourses with height safety devices that have been specially developed for use in ropescourses and are certified to withstand ten falls rather than only one.
